Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Muselist website, the Muselist web application, and the Muselist for Instagram Chrome extension (collectively, "Muselist"). By using Muselist, you agree to these terms.

What Muselist is

Muselist is a private library for saving, organizing, and sharing profiles of creatives you find on Instagram and around the web. You are responsible for the content you save and the people you invite to view or collaborate with it.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old, or old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
• Keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Do not use Muselist to store, share, or distribute illegal, infringing, or abusive material.

Content you add

You retain ownership of any content you add to Muselist, such as notes, images, and contacts. Public or shared content is visible to the people you choose to share it with. You grant Muselist the limited right to host, display, and process your content so the service can function.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are harmful to other users or the service.

Payments and subscriptions

Some Muselist features require a paid subscription. Billing is handled by Stripe. Subscription fees, billing periods, and refund policies are shown at checkout. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

The Chrome extension

The Muselist for Instagram extension is optional. It reads publicly visible information from Instagram pages you are already viewing and lets you import it into your Muselist library. You must comply with Instagram's Terms of Use when using the extension.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time by emailing hello@muselist.app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if required by law.

Disclaimer and liability

Muselist is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or £100 if you did not pay.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and notify you in the app. Continued use of Muselist after changes means you accept the new terms.
